Mostly we replace only cnc controller in press brake retrofitting projects, but for some machines it is necessary to replace more components.
Our main focus is to replace minimum necessary components to keep the cost low.
Some machines has servo motors with special communication protocol like CANBUS or SSI in this case we have to replace also servo motors and drivers as set. It seems extra cost but on the other hand it help owner for the future becuase such case of components are very expensive and not easy to find when they break down. We use well known brands very easy to find them in the market. And we don’t use anything speacial to our company, all the parts are standard models, can be easly found in even local market.
For the machines which are very old and they were used in heavy atmosphere; we recommend to replace all electrical equipments; cnc controller, electrical cabinet, linear scales, servo motors, cables of the valves, foot pedal…. So for a long time no more headache with machine electrical parts.

Online Remote Retrofit; we prepare all components and supply to our customers including technical instructions. And assembly is done by local tech of the company with our experts tele-remote support service.
This may seem not very believable but we had many good results. Online Remote Retrofit model reduces cost of travel expenses (flight, hotel, food, internal transportaion, visa) and tech onsite service cost a lot. Another advantage is it shortens service time, no need to wait available tech or visa what ever.
We prepare all parts like a lego parts, so it is enough to follow instructions and plug connectors and cables according to instructions.
