This kit is developed for specifically for replacing the old end of life ModEva series controller from Cybelec SA (TM) brand. The kit consist of a touch screen programming console and an io unit we called CNC rack.
This plug&play pressbrake retrofit kit can be used to retrofit following controllers from Cybelec:
- ModEva10
- ModEva10S
- ModEva12S
- Modeva15
- ModEva15T
It can be used for 4 and 6 axis pressbrakes. Example configurations:
- 4 axes: Y1, Y2, X, R
- 6 axes: Y1, Y2, X, R, Z1, Z2
This kit is developed for specially to reduce the needs of technical expertize. Anyone who is able to use basic hand tools like screw driver can be able to do this replacement. Because the kit has the same connectors so, it is really like you replace the old controller with a newer one.
The kit will be preprogrammed according to your old contoller’s parameters. It is enough that you send us parameter backup of old controllers. In addition to parameters it is possible that we can program tools in advance if you share with us which tools you have.
If you don’t have the parameters backup of old controller it is not a big problem. We are able to prepare an important part of new controllers parameters according to electrical schematics. For other parameters we are able to program them remotely with co-operation with your tech or operator.
